Job summary

Sorenson Engineering Inc. in California is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively.
Experience in manufacturing or engineering recruitment is preferred.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned requisitions through full recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define position requirements.
Develop and post job descriptions and recruitment materials.
Source, screen, evaluate, and recommend candidates while maintaining talent pipelines.
Coordinate interviews and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
Prepare offers and coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and verifications.
Maintain recruiting records in ATS/HRIS and ensure compliance.
Monitor recruiting metrics and support workforce planning and events.
