This full-cycle role covers sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding with hiring managers, with travel up to 15%. You will handle high-volume outreach, manage the recruiting funnel, and contribute to weekly performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; degree preferred.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience; transportation recruiting preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle recruitment management for a designated region from lead to hire.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment activities (call, email, text blitzes).
• Monitor safety-sensitive applications in the ATS.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with managers and compliance for smooth onboarding.
• Provide strong candidate support and recruitment data insights to the team.
• Participate in weekly/monthly performance and prioritization calls with business leaders.
• Plan and lead driver recruiting events across the region and business unit.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to align with needs.
