Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is actively seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for mission-critical DoD and IC programs. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and hiring highly cleared professionals for active contracts and competitive proposals.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for positions requiring TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearances, strong sourcing skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting for DoD, Federal Government, or Intelligence Community programs.
• Experience recruiting for Secret, TS/SCI, and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearances.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting databases.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, Boolean, and X-Ray searches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source, recruit, interview, and qualify candidates for DoD/IC roles.
• Build robust candidate pipelines for funded and proposal opportunities.
• Conduct structured phone interviews to assess qualifications and clearance.
• Present qualified candidates with hiring recommendations.
• Support proposal staffing and LOI/contingent offers.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain candidate activity in the ATS and weekly status updates.
• Collaborate with program managers, security, and HR to onboard.
• Meet or exceed recruiting activity goals and metrics.
