Job summary

Homecentris-Healthcare in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruitment for caregivers, screen applicants, onboard staff, and ensure regulatory compliance for the agency's workforce.

You will build relationships with nursing schools, participate in job fairs, and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates while coordinating background checks and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field, preferably Bachelor’s degree.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruitment for open positions.
• Develop relationships with nursing schools to attract students as potential caregivers.
• Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs.
• Assist with developing recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Develop a pool of candidates in advance of needs.
• On-board caregivers in accordance with company policies.
• Interviews and evaluate applicants' fit and complete interview assessments.
• Assist caregivers with required paperwork and timely background checks/licensure.
