Qualifications

• Fluency in QuickBooks Desktop Pro is required.
• Experience with RockSolid POS integration is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of retail accounting concepts and COGS.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage AP/AR, process vendor bills and customer invoices daily.
• Inventory: Perform vendor inventory receiving and ensure data integrity between RockSolid POS and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Tax & Compliance: File and pay Sales Tax and Highway Use Tax (HUT) for our small fleet of trucks.
• Payroll & HR: Execute weekly payroll and manage the annual renewal of company insurance policies.
• General Ledger: Prepare journal entries and maintain a clean set of books for monthly CPA reviews.
