You’ll balance candidate experience with hiring manager expectations, build a diverse talent pipeline, and ensure a compliant, organized process while leveraging your bilingual communication daily.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably bilingual recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
