You will leverage social media and recruitment platforms to source qualified candidates while maintaining compliant processes and strong relationships with team members.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish, strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience as a recruiter, preferably bilingual recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment software is a plus.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in HR or related field.
