Job summary

Anderson Power Products, part of IDEAL INDUSTRIES, Inc., is seeking a Staff Accountant focused on accounts receivable and general accounting. You will manage cash applications, invoicing support, collections and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and accounting teams, preparing reports and assisting with month-end close and audits as needed. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 3+ years in accounting or accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR aging and follow up on past due balances.
• Process cash receipts, apply payments, reconcile deposits.
• Prepare AR reports for management.
• Support credit decisions with required info.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues.
