Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and AP functions, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.
• Support monthly financial reporting and close activities.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting files for audits.
