Engine & Accessory, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the full AP cycle, ensure accurate vendor invoicing, and support the Controller with month-end accruals. The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience and meticulous attention to detail in high-volume processing.

You will manage 2-way/3-way matching, payment runs, vendor records, and internal controls, while operating within an approval framework and delivering timely, auditable financial data for management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high invoice volume efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely within NetSuite
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Maintain and organize vendor records and documentation
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, credit cards)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues and payment status
• Full cycle AP process
• Willing to take on other responsibilities.
