Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely within NetSuite
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Maintain and organize vendor records and documentation
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, credit cards)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues and payment status
• Full cycle AP process
• Willing to take on other responsibilities.

Process & System Accuracy

• Ensure all transactions are coded correctly to pertinent GL accounts
• Assist in maintaining clean and accurate financial data in NetSuite
• Identify and help resolve inefficiencies in AP workflow
• Support internal controls and approval processes

Support to Controller

• Assist with month-end close related to AP accruals.
• Provide reporting and backup documentation as needed
• Work under the direction of the Controller for approvals and process improvements

Qualifications

• Required: 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Required: Hands-on experience with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage high invoice volume efficiently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
