Carolina Professional Recruiting Group has partnered with a technology company in Charlotte, NC to find an AP Specialist to join their growing team. The position is responsible for completing full cycle AP workload, including invoicing, vendor matching, account reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies.

The ideal candidate for this role will be team oriented, self-starter with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BS Degree is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills as well as organizational skills.
• Computer skills necessary to enter and manipulate words and data and use standard computer software to communicate with others, prepare documentation, and/or analyze data.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices for payment and verify accuracy.
• Perform month-end accounts payable reconciliation and related reporting.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with annual audit documentation.
• Maintain AP files and support related administrative duties.
