AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a hands-on Full Cycle Accounting Manager for an aerospace and manufacturing company in Ventura, CA. This temp-to-hire role guides the full accounting cycle, drives process improvements, and supports financial visibility while leading a capable accounting team.

You will manage month-end close, oversee AP/AR/GL/Fixed Assets, and partner with leadership on ERP-driven workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years in accounting management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and full-cycle accounting operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting support.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, accounting policies, and internal control standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff while supporting process improvements.
• Partner with leadership on ERP-driven accounting workflows.
