This key leadership role involves managing core accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, along with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial planning.
• Experience in high-mix / low-volume manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage core accounting functions including inventory and A/R.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and spending analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
