Lelch is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Minnetonka, MN to maintain clean and efficient financials. The role emphasizes high attention to detail, inventory, labor, and accruals with a strong understanding of construction accounting as a plus.

In this in-person, full-time position, you will report to the Accounting Manager and handle payables, receivables, reconciliations and monthly tax reporting, with compensation ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
• Notary Public certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payables, Receivables, bank reconciliations and overall cash management
• Track payments, process credit cards, issue collection letters and follow-up calls
• Process weekly cash reports, checks, and credit card payments
• Prepare monthly sales tax reporting
• Negotiate vendor contracts with manufacturers, service providers and insurers
• Assist Accountant quarterly with financial statements and reporting
