You will manage AR/AP, process payroll, prepare reports, handle 1099s, depreciation, and contribute to financial reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Online; MS Excel and Word; Adobe Acrobat.
• Bondable and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end payroll reports.
• Process and prepare 1099 forms.
• Track and record depreciation schedules.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with financial reporting and other accounting functions as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial information.
