Job summary

UBC Group USA is seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the entire accounting process from start to finish in our O’Fallon, MO office. You will manage the general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office. Training is provided; benefits and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and MS Office; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the full general ledger.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage payroll processing and payroll tax filings.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings.
• Collaborate with external CPA for tax preparation and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow.
