Job summary

Milner, Inc. is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage AP, cash, and credit card transactions across Milner Technologies, Milner Family Holdings, and Gato using QuickBooks, ConnectWise, and QB connection.

This hands-on role reports to the Controller and CFO and offers growth to Assistant Controller within 12 months and Controller within 24 months. The ideal candidate loves numbers, analysis, and financial reporting, and will work in detail-oriented processes to improve accuracy and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Experience with QuickBooks data entry and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of EA accounting functions of A/P, A/R and financial reporting as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable entries and reconcile vendor statements in QuickBooks.
• Post all cash receipts to QuickBooks and provide weekly reports to Customer Service and Collections.
• Support intercompany transactions and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and financial controls.
• Prepare and support monthly/quarterly sales tax filings for MTI and MDP; assist with annual tax planning.
