360X Staffing seeks a dependable Full-Charge Bookkeeper in Phoenix to manage day-to-day financial operations and full-cycle books across a portfolio of properties. This direct-hire role replaces an upcoming retiree and offers hands-on training and knowledge transfer, with 5 days/week on-site in Year 1 and a gradual shift to near-remote in Year 2.

You will reconcile accounts, produce monthly financial packages, manage payables/receivables, assist with year-end prep and CPA audits.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree (minimum) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience, HOA/related fields preferred.
• Strong knowledge of double-entry, accrual accounting, and multi-account balancing.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or ERPs and advanced Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle, accrual-basis bookkeeping for a portfolio of multi-entity accounts.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across accounts.
• Post adjusting entries, record accruals, and maintain GL integrity.
• Prepare monthly financial packages: B/S, I/S, and variance reports.
• Handle AP/AR subledgers and assist with year-end tax prep and audits.
