Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in A/R, A/P, contractor/payroll tracking, or general corporate bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with modern accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and strong Excel skills.
• Attention to detail with high confidentiality when handling financial data and vendor invoices.
• Professional phone presence and interpersonal skills to resolve billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Command Installer & Sales Payouts: calculate and issue payouts bi-weekly or per project completion.
• Manage Accounts Payable (A/P): review and reconcile vendor invoices with accurate pricing.
• Manage Customer Invoicing (A/R): generate invoices and progress billings aligned with project milestones.
• Process Incoming Payments: post checks, credit card payments, and deposits securely.
• Monitor Aging & Ledger Reconciliation: audit aging ledgers and reconcile bank statements.
