Qualifications

• Experience performing full-charge bookkeeping with GAAP compliance.
• Payroll processing and bi-weekly payroll journals.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor records.
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns.
• Maintain controls for vouchers and petty cash.

Responsibilities

• Perform full charge bookkeeping and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Process AP/AR transactions and post payroll journals.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile ledgers.
• Assist with budget preparations and data entry.
• Collaborate with departments for month/year-end close and audit schedules.
