Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper with us, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing timely financial reports. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience using QuickBooks Desktop, who is fast, efficient, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records in QuickBooks Desktop or Online.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage high volumes of transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and tax filings.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experiencewith QuickBooks Desktop nd/or Online IS REQUIRED.
  • Proven experience handling high volumes of transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism in managing confidential financial data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
