We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper with aviation experience to join our in-house team. This role requires deep familiarity with full-cycle accounting and the ability to manage the company’s day-to-day financials with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile all general ledger accounts
• Manage full-cycle A/P and A/R processes
• Handle payroll processing and related reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support budgeting and P&L reporting
• Track fixed assets and depreciation
• Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar accounting role
• Prior experience in the aviation or transportation industry is required
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Must be able to work in-person at least 4 days a week
