This position requires a high school diploma or GED and five years of related experience, plus a valid driver's license. The candidate will oversee 0-5 indirect reports and ensure efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs daily activities of warehouse employees.
• Delegates and assigns tasks to warehouse staff.
• Provides input to management on coaching and feedback.
• Optimizes space for storing and distributing materials.
• Manages order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and warehouse organization.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and location system.
• Schedules and directs daily customer deliveries.
• Wears standard safety procedures and demonstrates safe operating practices.
• Performs other warehouse duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
