Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Driver to operate a company vehicle for local pickups and deliveries of orders and equipment under direct supervision. You will plan efficient routes and provide light warehouse support at the branch as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and DOT medical card. You will follow packing slips, document delivery details, and handle basic math and computer tasks while ensuring items

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an annual driving record review.
• DOT medical card or DOT physical may be required.
• Road test required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sort assignments and plan the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Load/unload and secure products; obtain customer signatures on packing slips.
• Prepare items for delivery and ensure proper packing slips.
• Assist with restocking of products as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
