Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, stocking, and staging product using power equipment, while maintaining safe, organized work areas in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to stand/walk for long shifts. Prior experience with powered equipment is a plus, with emphasis on accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/Putaway – Unload inbound shipments and store product.
• Order Picking – Pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading – Move product from staging to trailers or containers.
• Quality – Ensure inbound and outbound shipment are accurate and undamaged.
