Job summary

Peet’s Coffee is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Fremont, CA. You will receive, sort, pick, pack, load, and unload products while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting timely order fulfillment.

This fast-paced role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality workmanship in a 1st/2nd shift environment. The position pays $19/hour with full-time hours, standard shifts, and a benefits-conscious package.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
• Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with products and orders.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Forklift certification and/or electrical pallet jack ability.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with D365 ERP and RF scanners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pick orders, receive/stow, unload and load trailers.
• Fulfill orders for AFH, retail, and wholesale channels accurately.
• Ensure shipments are loaded/received on correct trucks by deadlines.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to plan daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized working environment.
