Peet’s Coffee is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Fremont to support warehouse operations. You will receive, sort, pick, pack, load, and unload products while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely customer orders.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.
• Willingness to work overtime, including short notice shifts.
• Commitment to safety procedures and a clean, safe workspace.
• Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail in handling inventory and orders.
• Ability to obtain Forklift Certification or operate pallet jacks.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Dependable work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry products up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pick, receive, stow, unload, and load products.
• Fulfill orders for AFH, retail, and wholesale channels accurately.
• Ensure shipments are loaded to correct trucks within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager to plan daily work.
• Use carrier sites and DAX as applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
