Job summary

DoorDash USA is hiring for a DashMart associate in a fast-paced, brick-and-mortar setting. You will receive, stock, and rotate inventory, then pick, pack and hand off orders to Dashers. You’ll keep customers informed via the app and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating Runners and Dashers, assisting with light food prep, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere in line with DoorDash values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar roles with varied duties.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to delight customers.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds (site requirements may vary).

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management, ensure accurate stock and rotate to prevent spoilage.
• Pick, pack and stage orders using handheld devices and handoffs to Dashers.
• Delight customers by communicating clearly via the app when substitutions are needed.
• Maintain safe warehouse environment and complete cleaning and organization tasks.
• Be a team player and share ideas while respecting colleagues and customers.
• Coordinate Runner/Dasher movements and support parking lot operations where required.
• Assist in light food preparation and pre-packaging as needed.
