Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will receive and stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and coordinate with Dashers while maintaining safety and order in the warehouse.

You will communicate clearly with customers in-app, assist with food prep where needed, and contribute to a positive team environment with opportunities for advancement. The role includes physical duties and on-site work in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+.
• Strong communication and customer service experience.
• Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and manage inventory; ensure accuracy and safety.
• Pick, pack, and sort orders using handheld scanning devices.
• Delight customers by clear, friendly communication in app-based interactions.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety per DashMart standards.
• Be a team player and support runners/dashers; coordinate where applicable.
• Assist in light food preparation where required.
