Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to coach and model service excellence through accurate picking, staging, and order validation.

You will respond to customer and associate questions, balance tasks, use the Orders App to fulfill all order types, and collaborate with Pro Sales to stage Pro Call Ahead orders. The role requires forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, with a strong emphasis on safety and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate customer service excellence and ability to resolve issues.
• Experience in a retail setting with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to input, access, modify, or output information on a computer.
• Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model service excellence through accurate picking, staging, and order validation.
• Respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and elevate when needed.
• Balance service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities.
• Use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types (Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day / Gig, and Curbside).
• Partner with the Pro Sales team to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are picked and staged and resolve escalated issues.
• Support inventory accuracy, SIMS compliance, and shrink reduction through audits and validation.
• Ensure fulfillment areas remain safe, organized, and compliant by daily checks and maintenance standards.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).
• Assist with scheduling and communication of fulfillment priorities with leadership and MOD as needed.
