Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a fulfillment associate to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types including curbside, delivery, and showroom orders. You will use the Orders App and collaborate with Pro Sales to ensure timely processing.

The role requires forklift certification, strong customer service experience, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail customer service experience including greeting customers and resolving issues.
• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker certifications required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model service excellence with accurate picking, staging, and order validation.
• Answer customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Balance service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities.
• Use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types (Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day / Gig, Curbside).
• Partner with Pro Sales to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are picked and staged; resolve escalated issues quickly.
