Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Raynham, MA is seeking a fulfillment associate to support order picking, staging, and delivery across all service lines.

You will assist customers and associates, balance tasks, and maintain safety and inventory controls in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires certification on powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow aisle truck) and practical experience in retail or customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer
• 1 Year of Retail experience providing customer service and resolving issues
• 1 Year of Supervisory experience in any field
• Obtaining certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker is required

Responsibilities

• Coach and model service excellence through accurate picking, staging, and order validation
• Respond to customer and associate questions, resolve issues, and elevate when needed
• Balance service, administrative, and maintenance tasks with fulfillment responsibilities
• Use the Orders App to pick, stage, and fulfill all order types (Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day / Gig, and Curbside)
• Partner with the Pro Sales team to ensure Pro Call Ahead Orders are picked and staged
• Support inventory accuracy, SIMS compliance, and shrink reduction through audits and validation
• Ensure fulfillment areas remain safe, organized, and compliant by daily checks and safety standards
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck)
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities with leadership
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs
