Job summary

CookUnity is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee picking, packing and order prep in a cold production environment. You will lead a bilingual team (English/Spanish) and use Tableau and Google Sheets to monitor progress and share updates with Slack and Gmail.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with Slack, Geneva, and Gmail.
• Ability to work in a cold production environment.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pick-and-pack operations and ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor progress to meet shift deadlines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide clear guidance to the team.
• Train staff on cold storage practices and safety guidelines.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports with key metrics and resolutions.
