Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Walton, KY. This role leads a team of hourly associates, coordinates daily warehouse operations, and supports client supply chain needs.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential to meet performance goals and maintain safety standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing hourly teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent organization with multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Support clients by coordinating supply chain needs and ensuring service levels.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement Lean or process improvements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional standards in the work area.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide coaching for development.

Location: Walton, KY
Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00PM-1:30AM

What you will do:

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment
• Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains
• Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding
• productivity standards and cost control management
• Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility
• Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement
• Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals
• Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates
• Coach, train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
• Conduct annual performance reviews

• 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
• Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals
• Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross-trained to do more where needed
• High school diploma/GED required

Its not required, but it would be even better if you have…

• Bachelor's Degree
• Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experience
• Supply chain/logistics experience is a plus but not required
• Technical savvy (intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job-specific software applications
