Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor for 1st shift in Walton, KY. Lead hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse, drive LEAN improvements, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining a safe, efficient operation.

You will collaborate with clients to meet supply chain needs, coach staff, and conduct annual reviews to foster growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong listening, collaboration, communication, and motivational skills to achieve goals.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while exceeding operational goals.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and cross-training capabilities to handle various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse team environment.
• Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains.
• Ensure performance by meeting productivity standards and cost-control measures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting KPIs (order fill rate accuracy, inventory accuracy, inspections, etc.).
• Promote LEAN principles and process improvements to achieve goals.
• Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment; meet safety goals.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates for growth and development.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
