Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor (1st Shift) in Walton, KY. Lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse to meet client supply-chain needs and KPIs. Foster a safe, efficient environment while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement.

You will monitor performance, support cross-training, and ensure quality service as part of a family-oriented, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Excellent listening, collaboration and motivational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet operational goals.
• Organized and able to multi-task; cross-training to cover multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Support multiple clients with supply chain needs and requirements.
• Meet productivity standards and control costs within the assigned area.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring KPIs such as order fill rate and inventory accuracy.
• Promote LEAN principles and drive process improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment; meet safety goals.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and coach on performance; conduct annual reviews.
• Provide training and mentoring to help associates grow and develop.
