Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Fulfillment Consultant to design, implement, and improve fulfillment strategies at its Mooresville, NC headquarters. You will collaborate with Distribution, Transportation, Merchandising, Technology, and Operations to drive scalable, data-driven solutions and better customer service.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance data, and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or operations.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or operations focusing on process improvement and project delivery.
• 5-7 years leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities.
• 5-7 years analyzing data and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience coordinating timelines, resources and deliverables across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operational excellence.
• Proficiency with supply chain management or fulfillment systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to influence without authority in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of fulfillment process improvements and tools to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects and solutions that optimize product flow and reduce costs.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage fulfillment-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
• Apply data-driven insights to evaluate current vs. future state processes and quantify performance impact.
• Provide guidance and support to fulfillment teams in resolving operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain fulfillment policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Support change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new fulfillment processes and technologies.
