Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or operations with a focus on process improvement and project delivery.
• 5-7 years demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities.
• 5-7 years proven ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive operational decisions.
• Experience coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
• Proficiency with supply chain management or fulfillment systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to influence without authority in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of fulfillment process improvements and tools that enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver projects and solutions that optimize product flow and reduce operational costs.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage fulfillment-related projects from planning through implementation, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
• Apply data-driven insights to evaluate current vs. future state processes and quantify performance impact.
• Provide guidance and support to fulfillment teams in resolving operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain fulfillment policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Support change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new fulfillment processes and technologies.
