Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or operations.
• 5–7 years leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities.
• 5–7 years analyzing data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for operational excellence.
• Proficiency with supply chain systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of fulfillment process improvements and tools.
• Partner across functions to deliver projects and improve customer promise and costs.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Manage fulfillment projects from planning through implementation.
• Apply data-driven insights to current vs future state processes and quantify impact.
• Provide guidance to fulfillment teams on operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain fulfillment policies, procedures, and process documentation.
• Support change management and adoption of new fulfillment processes and technologies.
