Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Powered equipment certification required (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service and connect customers with the right associates
• Operate and maintain powered equipment with required certifications and safety protocols
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and follow-ups with safety/ theft reporting
• Maintain customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs
