You will assist customers, validate orders, and connect them with the right Lowe's associates when needed. Responsibilities include operating certified powered equipment, maintaining SIMS compliance, and supporting inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use including input, access, modification or output of information.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Certification for powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
