Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Abington, MA is hiring a Customer Order Fulfillment Associate. You will pick, stage and fulfill customer orders accurately while keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized.

You will validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates to ensure a great service experience. Must be comfortable using computers and retail technology for order processing.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience using a computer
• Must have 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and connecting customers with the right associates
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks such as audits and order follow-ups
