Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for a full-time associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.

You will use the Orders App to support inventory accuracy and work with leadership on short picks, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in staging areas. Qualified candidates have basic computer skills, experience with retail tech, and relevant powered equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for basic data entry and retrieval.
• Experience with common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Certifications required for powered equipment ( forklift, order picker, reach truck).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver helpful service by answering questions and directing customers to associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy via orders app and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a customer-first approach with strong communication and teamwork.
