The role emphasizes safe operation of powered equipment and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment. You will use the Orders App, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to resolve short picks while ensuring safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
