Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated associate for order fulfillment and customer support at our store in California.

You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining clean, organized staging areas and safe operations. You will use retail technology and certified powered equipment to support inventory and assist customers, collaborating with leadership to resolve issues and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete admin, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
