Job summary

PRADCO Outdoor Brands is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Distribution Center team as Manifest Associates. This entry-level role supports order fulfillment by picking, verifying, and packaging customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse.

Associates meet daily quality and productivity targets while using RF scanners and WMS apps. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work full shifts in varying temperatures, with strong teamwork and communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Experience with handheld scanning devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Verification: Pick products per customer orders and verify using RF scanners and WMS.
• Packaging & Shipping Preparation: Package materials, label, and palletize per procedures.
• General Warehouse Operations: Perform quality checks and support daily targets.
• Teamwork: Cooperate across departments and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
