Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking energetic individuals to support fast-paced warehouse operations. You will receive, stock, pick and pack orders, and assist Dashers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer-facing communication within a busy retail environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be willing to learn HACCP and food-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage inventory and quality control.
• Strong customer service mindset with communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting.
• Willingness to learn safety and food-handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory accurately and protect against loss.
• Pick, pack and stage orders for Dashers.
• Communicate with customers via app for substitutions or updates.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse and follow DashMart standards.
• Coordinate with Dashers, Runners, and team members as needed.
• Assist in light food prep if required by site.
