Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated individual to support fast-paced, in-store operations. You will receive and stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and assist Dashers and runners to ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes customer-friendly communication, teamwork, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment. Ideal candidates can lift up to 50 pounds, have a high school diploma or GED, and are 18+ with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic retail and food service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and handle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory accurately and monitor product quality.
• Pick, pack and stage orders using scanning devices.
• Delight customers by communicating clearly in-app for substitutions.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization per DashMart standards.
• Coordinate runners and Dashers to pickup locations when applicable.
• Assist in light food preparation and pre-packaging as needed.
