Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash-owned local-fulfillment center, seeks team members to pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, and keep the warehouse organized. You will ensure substitutions are approved with customers and deliver reliable service to Dashers.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas. Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred, with certification such as Food Handler's possible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler's Certification upon hire.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app, then handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables, and managing shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved with customers to delight them.
